This workshop includes brain and body hacks (life short-cuts) based on neuro-science (but not too many big words!)

Come and meet Sally Jones, Kids Yoga Teacher and Social Worker, to learn strategies and tips to have a calmer child and family life.

Sally teaches Kids Yoga at Yoga Flourish studio, and has worked with children and families for over 20 years as a social worker.
