Likewise certain yoga postures if not executed properly can actually aggravate shoulders and wrists. This Workshop will provide a toolkit of quick exercises and myofascial releases and an ongoing resource providing a toolkit of exercises to strengthen and maintain healthy shoulders and wrists.
