Ayurveda. Known as the Science of Life according to ancient Indian wisdom.

Perhaps you’ve never heard of this branch of Vedic philosophy. Or perhaps you’ve always been intrigued by this approach to medicine, holistic health, healing and wellness and always wanted to know more. Perhaps you’ve been confused with conflicting interpretations on one of the world's oldest holistic (“whole-body”) healing systems. And perhaps you’ve felt overwhelmed as you’ve begun to explore this healing modality, and baffled at how to apply it and where to begin.

Ayurveda is full of deep wisdom, ancient knowledge - and believe it or not - easy implementable practices and theories that we can apply to our everyday lives.   • Engaging in a DIY Ayurvedic tea making experience
