This four week course will teach you how to roll out any area of musculoskeletal pain, working into all major muscle groups. You can use inexpensive props to increase mobility (flexibility and strength), work into areas of discomfort and feel fantastic. You’ll also become more aware of postural habits that are contributing to the build-up of tension in your body, and move more mindfully. Suitable for all ages and abilities.

After taking up meditation in childhood, and yoga as a teen, Colette has been teaching yoga and meditation since 2017. She’s also studying a Bachelor of Health Science in Myotherapy (neuromusculoskeletal therapy) and is passionate about working into the body for self-empowerment, connection and joy.
