So you’re pregnant! So exciting as well as a little scary! Join Donna for this 3 week pregnancy yoga series to help you nurture your body while you grow another human! Amazing!!!

We will cover breath/relaxation, asana/movement to build strength and stamina as well as stretches to nourish your body. This series will provide you with the tools to join a regular Yoga class as well!

Pregnancy Yoga can help with the following:
  1. Sleep issues and other discomforts in pregnancy
  2. Stress and anxiety issues
  3. Strength, stamina and endurance
  4. Flexibility
Movement can be key to all of the above & meeting with other women experiencing similar things can help you understand that you are not alone.
 
The course will be run by mother of 3, Donna Watts, qualified in yoga, pregnancy yoga, yin and relaxation/meditation.
